Site improvements for Hilo Hillside phases 2 & 3 are 96% complete! After many months, the State has approved the location of its new subdivision requirement of an emergency/tsunami siren in phase 2 for all of upper Hilo town. Installation should be complete within a month and after acceptance by the State, County Final Subdivision Approval should be issued soon after.
